How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the damaged item

  3. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Important Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Since our outfits are free size, please check your order before giving it to your tailor for alterations.

  • Once altered, the exchange policy will no longer apply.

  • Exchanges are offered only for items damaged during delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds; only exchanges or store credit.

Processing Time

Once approved, we will process the exchange within 3–4 working days (delivery timelines may vary by location).
